AHB系列气冷式磁滞制动器具有安装底座和端子排接线，易于集成。当扭矩控制和扭矩测量必须在较大功率下执行，AHB系列磁滞式制动器是合适之选。贯穿制动器内部的管道使压缩空气冷却发挥作用，能提供出色的散热效果。这个设计允许最大持续工作的额定功率为3000 W（5300 W为间歇工作）。
