    Introduction:
    Zhang Li Model HDC-1040 is the High-Speed Programmable Dynamometer Controller adopting Digital Signal Processing Technology to provide superior motor testing capabilities. Designed for using with any Zhang Li Hysteresis, Eddy-Current or Powder Brake Dynamometer, the HDC-1040 can provide complete PC control via GPIB interface. With up to 100 readings per second, can realize Open and closed loop control for torque and speed, the HDC-1040 is ideally suited for both the test lab and the production line.
